clean room glorious beach sandy floor overpriced restaurant
the room was always clean and the air con worked wonderfully it sits right on a glorious sandy beach. there were taxis always available to take me to many sights around the area i did the elephant sanctuary tour.
the floor always felt there was sand on it the bar and restaurant was overpriced especially when there is so much choice on the street.

attentive staff convenient location
i found the staff very attentive and friendly. the breakfast offered a good variety, including western and thai options. the location was convenient, close to restaurants and bars. the beach, easily accessible, was a great plus (i enjoyed walking there).
the gym equipment seemed a little outdated. i noticed some wear and tear on the machines. it would benefit from some updating.

the room included a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. it had a balcony overlooking the garden, a nice space to relax. daily housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness, with fresh towels provided regularly.

the service was consistently helpful and prompt. staff members were always available to assist with requests. restaurant employees ensured tables were clean and ready (i noticed quick turnaround times).
